SERVICES
There is more than one way we can work together. You can get a taste of what I do by signing up to receive my weekly emails. If you are a student at heart, you may want to check out my courses. Or you may prefer to delve deeper with a one-on-one coaching session (or a series of them). Maybe you don't want to do this alone and have a group of friends, neighbors, or colleagues you want to introduce to Appreciative Inquiry or start a climate conversation with. There is no right or wrong answer. I'm Alex, and as your coach, I can help you choose the path that is right for you.
One-on-one coaching, courses, an arranging a workshop for one of your groups or inspiration straight to your inbox - choose the option that feels right for you.
COACHING
When was the last time you felt truly heard, without judgement and without being told what to do?
As your personal development coach, I am a conversation partner to support and challenge you while you reach your own insights about how to navigate the transition you are going through, whether big or small. With appreciative inquiry coaching, you find your inner voice, remember your talents, and dreams. With climate coaching, we make space for complex emotions and help you regain hope, confidence, and motivation in the face of the climate crisis - all at your own pace.

Hope is what enables us to keep going in the face of adversity. It is what we desire to happen, but we must be prepared to work hard to make it so. Like hoping this will be a good book. But it won't be if we don't bloody work at it.
Jane Goodall, The Book of Hope
COURSES
If you're a self-directed learner who likes to explore on your own and want to dip your toes in these topics before jumping into a coaching conversation, check out my two courses:
-
The Sunshine Course: a self-paced 6-week online course to bring a little bit of sunshine in your life with the Appreciative Inquiry approach.
-
From Climate Anxiety to Inspired Action: a self-paced online course (approx. 2 hours) to bid farewell to fear, anxiety, guilt and shame, and learn just enough science to increase wellbeing, motivation, and yes, have fun while doing good for the planet.

WORKSHOPS
Are you part of a business, book club, church, volunteer organization, or other group? Why not introduce them to some simple tools that can have a great impact? Schedule a workshop on one of the following topics:

A Climate Conversation: Dare to raise this important topic. Make space for fear, anxiety, guilt and shame, and learn just enough science to increase wellbeing, motivation, and yes, have fun while doing good for the planet.

If you want to build a ship, don’t drum up the men to gather wood, divide the work, and give orders. Instead, teach them to yearn for the vast and endless sea.
