The good news is that you can learn what does work to regain hope, confidence, and motivation. This 12-week coaching program is designed to provide you with resources, exercise, support and guidance to shift from climate anxiety to climate resilience.


You will discover the best tools used in Positive Psychology (the science of well-being) through short lessons, easily digestible resources from experts in the field, practices that bring immediate relief, and prompts for reflection to deepen your learning. 

Most importantly, you won't do it alone. As your coach, I will be with you each step of the way. Weekly coaching sessions provide a safe, no-judgement and no-pressure space to explore topics more deeply and apply them to your own situation - because each of our journey to climate resilience is unique.
